1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 3 or 4 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Tags must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalized items

To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@mamkgroup.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at  info@mamkgroup.com  with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item(s)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
