2. How to Request a Refund

Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
