1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only on unused and unworn items returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale items, innerwear, or customized orders unless they are defective or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@mamkgroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges (if any) from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
